Before you book
How do I pay for a stay?
You pay the owner directly, using the payment method they accept. Truly By Owner doesn't process guest payments or add fees.
What does the owner membership include?
One home listed for twelve months, with guest inquiries sent straight to you. There are no commissions on bookings.
Can I list more than one home?
Yes. Each home has its own listing and its own annual membership.
Who handles cancellations?
Each owner sets a cancellation policy and shows it on the listing. Please read it before you book.
